LCSWs, Psychiatrists, Music, Art and Movement Therapists,
etc.)
- Excellent clinical supervision
- Internal and external trainings to improve clinical competencies
and skill sets
Key Support Opportunities
- B.A.-level Family Advocates provide rehabilitation and
case management services
- Milieu aides support therapeutic environment in day treatment
programs.

- Administrative, MIS and facility support
Student Opportunities
- Doctoral-level internship approved by California Psychology
Internship Council (CAPIC)
- Art therapy intern site for Loyola Marymount University
- Many students trained at the Clinic have continued with
the agency as paid employees
Promotion Opportunities
- Highly skilled and competent staff are greatly valued
at the Clinic, therefore, promotions from within the agency
are quite common, e.g. program therapists move into supervisory
positions, including management roles.
- Monetary incentives are available to staff completing
required clinical therapists education.
- Higher salaries are paid to those with higher degrees
that enhance, but are not required, for a specific position.
